Expert in Cost Control, Estimates and Project Control; Work experience of 35 years in Mining, and Infrastructure, of which 25 years in Project Control of the Mining Industry, 3 in Infrastructure and 7 in Mining Operations (Underground and Open Pit). The majority in the Great Copper Mining (Chuquicamata, Andina, El Teniente, Radomiro Tomic, Los Pelambres, Anglo American, Cía. Minera Lomas Bayas, Caserones). He has led and managed the project control areas (Scope, planning, deadline and cost). In the cost area, implementation of the cost control system in SAP / PS, definition of the WBS, estimation, preparation, codification and control of the investment budget (baseline); CAPEX preparation, review and optimization; has solid knowledge and experience in the application of project control systems and the Capital Investment System (SIC) at Codelco.

Carlos is a Mining Execution Engineer from the University of La Serena, a Bachelor of Engineering Sciences (USACH), and a Civil Mining Engineer (USACH).
